Saraland Water and Sewer Customers,

Your Saraland Water and Sewer team hopes that this message finds you safe and well and is providing this communication to better inform our clients of the recent actions our team has initiated to address concerns regarding our water services. We understand and acknowledge the importance of transparent communications with our community, and we take your feedback seriously.

We are aware of recent complaints regarding water quality and related services and are committed to addressing each concern promptly through resolution. Our priority is to ensure that every resident has access to safe and reliable water.

It has been communicated by the Saraland Fire Department that the recent flushing of our water system infrastructure that resulted in disruption of service to our clients has been completed. We are actively identifying and implementing additional communication tools to better inform our water and sewer customers of scheduled future events that would disrupt their services.

Additionally, our teams will be responding to and investigating each client complaint received regarding our water and sewer system operability to include providing updates and solutions to each as we progress through this process. Your suggestions for improvement, patience, and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we work to improve our client services, communications to our clients, and our overall brand.
